To find the reverse light circuit on a vehicle is pretty easy but it may take digging around in the door panels or interior panels of the vehicle. What you need to do is find the wires that lead into the reverse lights on your vehicle. I can offer you the Curt wiring harness # C56334. This is extremely similar to the 55027 you mentioned.
